Review: I was having terrific pain behind my left shoulder and I couldn’t even sleep at night because it would wake me up. My doctor sent me to the neurologist and he recommended physical therapy. I never had PT before. The experience has been fine. Everyone has been so nice the exercises weren’t that hard, but they really seemed to have helped. The staff has been great. I dealt mostly with Chris and he’s been so nice and so strong. I have no more pain at all. Oh sure, absolutely find myself recommending PSSM to friends and family.

Review: As a nurse, other practitioners had not idea what to do with me. I had poor experences with physical therapy. The PT was not working. Where as here I was not in pain just a little shore. Each day I got better and Better. Al ot of the the other physcisans just wanted to put me on pain medications or some sort of muscle relaxer.  I could not obviosly perforom my job as a nurse and be on the narcotics. This place has a great personality, people take their time, THe doctors, pts and chiros all work together in concdert. THey treat me like a human being and not a number. Practce is run very effienctly and organzed, no wait times. THe appoitments are on time, your not wating. The support staff best in class. Its been truly a phenomenal experience and a great experience.  i feel like a new woman. It is the whole package, the run a great practce, its very clean, great clincians and great customer service. A must for non surgical orthpedic. I didn't want surgery. Dr. Jimenez , Paula PT and Doug is your chiro.

Review: I have been suffering from persistent pain in my shoulder and arm that was keeping me up at night and just wouldn’t go away. I came to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine because of their reputation and have received excellent care. Certainly it took some time to see improvement, but after only a couple of weeks I was experiencing less pain at night. Now, I have reached the point where I am pain free!  The staff here has done the right things that needed to be done to improve my health. I feel so much stronger that I have actually gone back to playing the sport in which I got injured in with no pain whatsoever! The therapists here are very personable and have added new things to my workout routine that has improved my overall strength and flexibility. I would certainly recommend Performance Spine and Sports Medicine to family, friends and co-workers. Everyone seems happy to come here and enjoys working with the doctors so that they can go back to a much better and healthier life.

Review: Lower back pain brought me in to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine. I've had physical therapy before. It was ok but this experience has taken it to a new level. The whole concept here with the different disciplines is a very favorable environment. It's been just great. Making appointments has been easy and flexible and staff has been very positive all the way around. My health has improved and I would, without a doubt, recommend PSSM to my friends and family.

Review: I came to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine with hip and neck pain. I had seen many physical therapists since 2004.  When I started doing physical therapy at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine, I was treating with a different physical therapy practice. So I was actually seeing two different practices in July 2010. However, the care at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine was very good, even excellent. I then started seeing Dr. Neiverth  and Dr. Wiederholz the chiropractor and the medical doctor respectively. While my hip is not 100% it is far better improved. I like that the practice is very cutting edge with regards to their diagnostic tools and how the office is managed. The entire staff is great, diligent and very professional. One of the best things about this office is that the office is willing to work with insurance companies while other offices won’t help you at all. There is a great flexibility with appointments and as a busy professional my schedule is changes daily. Performance is so accommodating to my needs. The free yoga classes are great too!! I have already recommended 4 patients to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine.

Review: I had been having lower back problems since February of 2010. I am an avid golfer and I had visited a chiropractor that could not do a lot for me. In May, I read a news article in the Hamilton Post that reported Performance Spine and Sports Medicine's new innovative integrated model that brings everything together: Sports Medicine, Physical Medicine, Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Medicine, Acupuncture and Nutritional Intervention. I set up an appointment with Dr. Wiederholz in May and April. I was in significant pain and Dr. Wiederholz gave me an image guided injection that same day! After the injection, Dr. Wiederholz recommended that I meet with Dr. Paula Giardina, DPT (physical therapist) and Dr. Douglas Neiverth, DC (chiropractor). They evaluated and got me started on both the physical therapy and chiropractic program. Since being a patient in May, the results have been incredible. My back problems have essentially gone away. My newly found strength and stamina has improved the quality of my life and my weekend golf trips. There used to be a time when I could not walk more than 12 holes and if I tried, I would be in pain for weeks and I would be unbelievably sore and tender. When I started with Paula, she put me on a program to get me to 9 holes and slowly built up my strength. Now, I have just recently come back from a weekend golfing trip were I golfed 54 rounds of golf and I walked all 54 holes!!! No pain! Dr. Wiederholz told me that I would not need any more injections (only 1!). I still can't believe the improvement in my strength and health considering where I was back in February. Thank you, Performance Spine and Sports Medicine!!

Review: Greg Moon’s Testimonial My former chiropractor passed away and I got Performance Spine and Sports Medicine’s information from his secretary. I have had good results from my chiropractor but they were short term. When I came to Performance, it was my first time doing physical therapy. My experience at this facility has been excellent. Everyone in this office is very professional and very nice. The staff has been wonderful and they treated me extremely well. I had a wonderful experience with everyone here. I had lots of pain in my hips and lower back when I walked in here. As time went on, I started feeling relief in these areas. The combination of chiropractic and physical therapy has definitely helped me with my lower back issues. The injections from Dr. Ali also relieved my pain in my hips. I talk about PSSM all the time to people and will recommend anyone to come in.

Review: I came to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine because I had lower back pain in my lower back and right leg pain. My experiences prior to coming to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine have been very average. While I was at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine Dr. Wiederholz has been the best and my experience was excellent. Everyone here calls me at home to make sure I’m ok. The medical assistant has been wonderful. She returns phone calls almost immediately. I have been feeling much better since I have been coming to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine and the pain is almost completely gone. I’d say over 90% gone. I love it here and would definitely recommend it to other people in fact I’ve already been telling people to go here. I even put things on Facebook about how great you guys are!

Review: I started coming to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine because I had left arm pain. I couldn’t move it very well. My experience prior to coming here was not as good with other doctors. While getting treatment at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine my experience has been very good. The staff here is very helpful and kind. They are very positive and it makes me feel better. I have seen improvements since I have come to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine and definitely recommended their office to other people. I’m a member of a Japanese community and I already posted your flier on the community bulletin board.

Review: I was in a car accident. I had surgery but I was still having pain. The surgeon referred me to a physiatrist, who told me that I needed to see a chiropractor and a physical therapist. I saw an ad in the paper. I did some research and learned about Performance Spine and Sports Medicine. Quite honestly, it’s the best of both worlds. It is holistic but also had the credibility of medical doctors. I didn’t use to believe that something like this could work, but now I do. I had no prior experience. I’ve told other people that you all are miracle workers because I have continued to progress when traditional medicine had given up on me. I like the fact that whenever possible, the least invasive procedure is used. The providers have given me homework. It’s what you can do in between appointments. I’m not just coming once or twice a week. There was discussion of exercises and nutritional supplements as well as self-care. The staff was always available and flexible with appointments. The front office is very cheerful. They always say goodbye and it’s not like your traditional office where you have to get someone’s attention. There’s that personal touch. My health has improved ,when I started, my arm only moved halfway. Within a few months I had complete range of motion in my arm. I recently started yoga at Performance Spine which has helped me with flexibility and mobility. I would definitely recommend Performance Spine and Sports Medicine to family, friend or co- workers. Just last week I referred someone else over. I told her that you guys also have the ads for the free evaluation. My experience at Performance Spine has been great and I just want to say that everyone is respectful. You don’t feel like a number. You feel like a person

Review: I came to Performance Spine and Sports Medicine because I was in an auto accident and I was having lower and upper back pain, as well as some neck pain. The only time I did Physical Therapy before coming to PSSM I did not have a positive experience. It wasn’t as in depth as I received here. My experience here has been great. I’ve received great care and I really appreciate all of the combined services in one location. My pain has disappeared. They’ve been very helpful and attentive. Constantly checking in with me to see how everything has been helping. My health has drastically improved. I no longer experience back pain and my neck is continuing to get better. I would definitely recommend Performance Spine and Sports Medicine to other people; in fact, I already have recommended others to come here.
